Our wirobinding facility offers a neat and trouble-free way to bind manuals, booklets, reports and calendars. It permits easy 360 degree opening of a document up to 24mm in thickness and allows it to rest completely flat. The spine fits perfectly and does not open up ensuring that all the pages are secure, materials other than paper can be included - the whole document has a professional feel about it.

Sheets can be bound with just a spine or with a choice of coloured card or transparent acetate covers on both the front and back. We bind not only our own printed work but also customers' personal documents. Larger quantities and irregular sizes are not normally a problem and we also have thumb-cutting facilities for the production of calendars.

Pouch lamination or encapsulation, is our fast and simple method of creating permanently protected documents in sizes from business cards to A3. As clear film is bonded to both sides of the document items become both water and tear-proof, due to the clear seal round all edges of the document.

Documents are enhanced through the preservation of colour and contrast to images with long-term protection from spills, rain and chemicals and avoid creases, wrinkles, sun damage, abrasions, tears, smudges, fingerprints and grease marks.

If machine pouch lamination is unsuitable for your needs we also offer self laminating pouches in a range of sizes, over-lamination on labels and, for higher volumes, single side lamination on larger sheets.
